1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service offered by v666 ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and v666. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

v666 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to v666 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each condition below:

• You are aged 21 years or older. v666 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling activities are not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from v666 or any affiliated service.

v666 may, at its sole discretion, decline registration or suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Users who are found to have provided false eligibility information will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds therein may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on v666. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any other individual.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Accepted forms of registration information include:

• A valid email address that you actively monitor and control.
• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A verified mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment account in Bangladesh.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

v666 supports a range of payment methods widely used by players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on v666:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are determined by v666 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Platform at time of transaction.

All deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using a third-party payment source will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Standard wagering requirement is 30x unless specified otherwise.
• Free spins winnings must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, secure, and compliant Platform, v666 prohibits the following activities. Any user found engaging in these behaviors will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, and any associated funds may be forfeited:

• Fraud, collusion, or any form of cheating, including the use of automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including using another person's identity or fabricated credentials to bypass the single-account policy.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions, including "bonus hunting" strategies designed to extract promotional value without engaging in genuine gameplay.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, clone, or interfere with the operation of the Platform, its software, or its underlying data infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on or accessible through the v666 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, brand identifiers, game interfaces, text, audio, video, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of v666 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content without v666's prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

v666 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, v666 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. v666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall v666, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or its services.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

v666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious transaction activity, failure to complete identity verification (KYC), or at the direction of a competent authority.

Users may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting v666 support via the email address provided on the Platform. Upon account closure, any pending bonus funds that have not yet met the required wagering requirement will be forfeited. Eligible real-money balances will be returned via the user's registered payment method subject to standard verification.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which v666 operates. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or handled through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures as designated by v666. By using the Platform, you waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against v666.
